Services Offered

The basic package of services includes a visit to the property for approximately 30-60 minutes (depending on the size) of interior and exterior photography. Every effort is made to photograph all interior living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, basements, and garages. A complete set of exterior photos is included. Extra attention is given to any unique features such as patios, gazebos, decks, fountains or other items that make the property stand out.

Once the photo session is complete, the photos will be processed and prepared for delivery, usually within 48 hours. Delivery may be made by direct upload to the agent's preferred online service or the images can be put onto a USB memory stick (provided by the customer) or a burned to a CD or DVD.
